Alice Reay

Alice, born in the north of England and raised in the south of Spain, discovered a love of music as a teenager. Self-taught, at home she discovered how the notes of her guitar fitted with the melodies of her voice.

From the age of 16, she gave concerts around Malaga until she moved to London where she had the opportunity to support Ian McCulloch of Echo and The Bunnymen on their “An Evening with…” tour. Being able to perform from a very young age, frustrated by the emptiness on stage without other musicians, she introduced a new element to her performance, her Magic Box (Loop Station) which made it easier for her to fill in the musical gaps.

Now, after years of travelling, with only a suitcase and accompanied by her guitar and her Magic Box, she has returned to Spain where she continues to give concerts.
