The Nu Niles is a Spanish rock band that formed their band in 1996 and since then they have not stopped making music. They began their career as a rockabilly band in their purest concept, when that style seemed to be against any musical movement and possibly the most underground style of the moment. Currently the band’s style contains ingredients of pure rock and roll, rockabilly, surf, punk, ska, tex-mex or spaghetti western achieving a distinctive and characteristic style.
The group is formed by Mario Cobo on guitar and vocals, Ivan Kovacevic on double bass and Blas Picón on drums.
More than 10 European tours, two on the West Coast of the United States, and having performed at the world’s most prestigious rockabilly/rock and roll festivals such as Viva Las Vegas (United States 2002), Greenbay (USA 2003 and 2005), Hemsby (United Kingdom 1998 and 2001), Rockin’ Rollin’ Walldorf (Germany 2000), Summer Jamboree (Italy 2004), Psychomeeting (2005) or the
